Beginning your search for a new home . . . the first step
Get connected with a good, knowledgeable Real Estate Agent
Developing a relationship with an enthusiastic, knowledgeable agent who specializes in the areas you are interested in is key to finding the perfect new home and ensuring that you will have competent advice regarding values.
I personally preview every property that comes on the market in the communities that I specialize in if possible.
Getting to know my clients, their tastes, special needs and wishes is the cornerstone to my success finding the perfect property. Really listening . . . Because of this I know immediately when I preview a property if it would be a good match. My clients know that if they hear about a new property they can call or email me with specific questions and I will know the answers. My clients also know that if I preview a property and feel it would work for them they will hear from me right away, giving them a "leg up" on the competition. My clients have confidence that I know what they are looking for and that I am always up to date with the inventory and market values.
I have lived in Marblehead for more than 20 years.
My husband, Alex, and I have taken advantage of the many activities the town has to offer. Our two children, Samantha and Alex, grew up in Marblehead and attended Marblehead public schools from kindergarten through to the high school. During the summer months we spend as much time as possible on our boat.
In my years in Marblehead I have always been an advocate for the schools and for the arts, and I take daily walks around town. My love of Marblehead led me to become a member and volunteer with the Marblehead Historical Society, which owns and maintains the historically important Jeremiah Lee Mansion.
All of this helps me to keep in touch with what's new and interesting in Marblehead, helps me stay current and in-the-know so I can provide you with a timely and accurate perspective on events and opportunities in Marblehead to make your transition in or out of town more comfortable ... more homelike.
